Happy Monday, I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I have been super busy working on deals all weekend and apparently so have my students! They have been rolling and throwing questions at me all over the place!

More importantly, my husband and I have been working with the Maryland Real Estate Secrets’ team and staff to develop and brainstorm on more and more things to aid our students in their success. We have so many things in store and I am super excited. We consider ourselves the ROLLS ROYCE of real estate investing programs simply because of the team we have in place, the connections to all the national investors, and the marketing ability that is so critical to an investor’s success. Talk about going above and beyond, the sacrifices we are making to ensure our team is successful is out of this world. I am all about sacrifice for others, but I am a firm believer that you must take care of you first and foremost. You know how when you are on an airplane and they tell you in case of an emergency to put YOUR oxygen mask on before trying to assist others? Well that same concept applies in other aspects of life.
