Vicki Irvin-Some Things Just NEVER Change! Maryland Real Estate Investing

I am officially sick! I am in the bed right now. But in the grand scheme of things, it’s just a bad cough, it could be much worse. Every time I start to get down about something, I realize things could be so much worse. I will not complain about a cough when other people are REALLY sick, its helps put things in perspective for me. So I will survive.

Guess what I did yesterday after my live radio broadcast with Heaven 1580? I went to my old job for a meeting with the ‘EX. In this case my EX is my ex-boss!! I went to help him with some ideas he has for his business. It was weird to walk through the doors of a place you used to work and now you don’t have to stay there for 8 hours! I felt like a visitor and that was just fine with me!! But it was great to see old co-workers. Some of them started to talk to me about issues on the job and I had to stop them. I was not there as Vicki their HR Director, I was there as Vicki, the Real Estate Investment Queen and Business Woman, back to help THEIR boss on taking his business to the next level. But it was nice to be missed!

But more importantly, the visit to my old office showed me how much things in an office environment rarely change. People are still grumbling about their jobs and how they wish they could find a new opportunity, I get this from my friends all the time too. But I need for people to understand something. Leaving one job to go to another is not going to solve any issues. EVERY place you go to work will have it’s own set of problems and office politics, there is NO escaping that. There will still be jealous and conniving people and the pay increases and benefits will never be enough. So all that you are doing when you change jobs in most cases, is leaving one place of drama for another. I had to learn this as well.

My remedy was to realize I had to do my own thing. I had to take my future and my sanity into my own hands. And that is when I turned to real estate investing. It is so wonderful to be able to work the way that I please and devise my own schedule, and more importantly answer to myself. I love being able to spend more time with my family and making sure I do not lose sight of who I am.

If you too would like to find financial freedom and you haven’t already, register for our next seminar on December 7th at : www.marylandfreeseminars.com  You can’t afford not to!

Thank you so much for your uplifting and insightful messages. Your messages came to me at a crossroads in my life. At this time in my life, I want to become financial self-reliant. I do not want to answer to anyone but God (who is a spirit), husband and myself and in that order. I also
have a teenager at home who neeeds attention, the teen years does not mean we leave them to fend for themselves! I need to be able to support her activities (which takes cash) and spend quality time with her as well, which takes time. It’s not working!!
I have an interest in real estate investing because of the financial gains without spending the 9-5 hours at work!!!! I realize that it is going to initially take time to get started investing however it is worth it.
That’s why I’ve contacted you!! I called in for your free CD or tape(the lady on the phone sounded really friendly and receptive).

Due to an illness in the family I am unable to attend your December 7th seminar. I pray for a speedy recovery for you regarding your cold. Yes you only have a cold but as you know, if not taken care of properly, it can develop into something more serious.

We will love to attend the (2) day weekend seminar. Can you forward me a schedule for January 2007? MY HUSBAND AND I ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO EARNING AN INCOME AND INCREASING OUR INCOME AND SECURING A FUTURE FOR OURSELVES AND OUR CHILDREN!!!

Vicki,

I must admit at first I was skeptical about the seminar mainly because as you previously stated and as we all have seen the infomercials regarding Real Estate Investing. Everyone seems to have the “answer”” to getting rich in Real Estate but no one was really yielding any fruit from these so called gurus.

However as an HR professional for ten years, I literally everday for the last twelve months have had a strong desire to do something different with my life. I have a degree in business management and am determined to use it. I literally feel sick everday sitting behind this desk. I always sigh and say to myself this can’t possibly be all there is to life. Letting someone else determine your wages or your time is just not for me.

I truly feel like there is a business owner inside of me and at this point in my life being a single mother I have got to secure me and my son’s future. This paycheck to paycheck although we thank God for income can’t possibly be all he has intended for us.

So in closing once I read the free articles on your website about African American Female Investors Being an untapped market I was sold. Thank God for you and your husband for having the deisre to give back and help others like myself who have the will and ambition but just need the initial guidance. Can you please email me about the upcoming seminars for the remainder of December and for 2007. It would greatly be appreciated. Get well and see you soon!
