Happy Monday and I hope your Easter weekend was wonderful!

This is going to be one busy week for me, so I am getting up extra early to get a head start. My son’s school is on Easter break which means he will be running me around all day as well!

Isn’t this weather weird? Just a week or so ago, I had to put on the A/C in my house to cool it down because the temperature got up to 80 degrees! Now I am pumping up the heat because there is frost is outside. I remember when it was easy to predict the weather in any given month, but now you never know what you are going to get.

But isn’t that life in general? It is totally unpredictable and you never know what you are going to get. I used to have a pretty routine life but I recognized that I got bored easily and that I needed challenges to keep me moving. And when I entered the world of real estate investing, I got more challenges than I could handle! But everyday I was learning something new and that kept me on my toes. What I have learned is that you have to be able to adapt to an unpredictable world. Being inflexible will get you no where fast in this society. Life is full of twists and turns and no two days will ever be the same. And once that day has passed, you can never get it back. That is one thing that we can’t control… Time. And for that reason alone, I encourage everyone to act on the burning desires they have inside of them because time is ticking away and I would hate for you look back and realize that you never accomplished what you REALLY wanted to do in life. I can imagine that is not a good feeling or regret to have.
