Happy Monday and to all the moms, I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I am getting ready to leave for LA tomorrow and I am thinking about leaving LA and heading straight to Miami for some fun on the beach before returning. I think I deserve it, I have been working super hard!! LA is for business, but Miami will be for pleasure. I’ll let you know if I make to Miami though!

I have had a long weekend at our Real Estate Investing Retreat, we had a jam packed room full of new students who are well on their way to becoming great investors! One of the students purchased a property during class, isn’t that amazing?

Every retreat that we hold, I get people ready to quit their jobs after attending training! And while I know they have been inspired by what we teach, I don’t want for anyone to do that until they start making money from real estate on a good and steady basis. And that time frame will be different for everyone. But the awesome thing is that everyone realizes what they have been missing as far as real estate investing goes. They are opened to a brand new world and they now see the potential and legacy they can build for their families. Many people have admitted to attending several seminars in the area and being skeptical until they found us. And even then, they were scared. It’s all about that initial fear and getting over it. It’s ok to be cautious, but if you allow fear and apprehension to take over your life, you will stay stuck forever and never move forward. So I urge you to finally do something that can be the catalyst for change in your life.
