Vicki Irvin-It’s Raining Money! Maryland Real Estate Investing

Did you get my message today about my student Melvin who made $40,000 in one day on Monday using our “No Money Down� method? I know you may have heard of Melvin before because we often tell his success stories since joining our program in August! To date, Melvin has made close to $100,000 since August without going to the bank for a loan and without using any money! While the majority of my students have bought one or two properties already, Melvin has become a favorite because he has mastered this one method that seems to intrigue everyone so much. People think getting paid from “no money down� real estate transactions is a hoax and so did I before I became an investor, but I learned that it is VERY true! Melvin frequently gives live testimonials from the stage of our seminars and he brings his folders and checks for people to see!! Needless to say, things have changed for Melvin and his family and we are SO proud of him! Melvin is very candid and honest too, he talks about how bad his credit is, so for him, this is the way to go!

I don’t want for you to think that Melvin was “lucky� either. Sometimes when we see someone having success we attribute it to luck. And when we do that, we are just giving ourselves an excuse to not apply ourselves and learn the same thing. Melvin learned what we taught and he followed it to the letter, and as a result his life has changed. Melvin did NOT do anything exceptional. Want to know what he DID do? He TOOK ACTION. He didn’t sit around and wait for someone to make it happen for him. That is what makes successful people.

While I am at it, I also want to take a moment to congratulate a gentleman who WILL be attending my December Real Estate Boot Camp. This gentleman came to my seminar several weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with what he heard. He knew in his heart this was the opportunity he had been waiting for. He looked at my husband and I and said while he didn’t have the money to join our program that night, he WOULD have the money to invest in his future by the time our December Boot camp came around. DO you know what he did to make that happen? He took on a second job! THIS IS THE ATTITUDE of a winner. No excuses, he just did what he had to do! I am proud of him and I look forward to changing his life like so many others!
