People are always asking me how my life has changed from the time I left the corporate world and entered the world of entrepreneurship. It’s kind of hard to explain, but I’ll start with…NO MORE DARN ALARM CLOCKS! Those clocks are the most annoying thing in the world, and all it meant to me was that I had another long commute to work stuck in traffic.

I didn’t expect to be in the house all day working from my lap top, but sometimes I look up and I haven’t even gotten dressed yet. So I walk around the house looking kinda bummy with my scarf on! When I was working a 9 to 5 job the day dragged on and on. But when you are working for yourself, time flies by because you are passionate about what you are doing. Before I know it, it is time to go and pick up my two year old son from school!

I appreciate being able to take a nap when I want to, because with a toddler, the nights can be rough sometimes. I enjoy the luxury of being able to pick my son up early from school and spending some quality time with him. When I was working for somebody else I was often so tired I couldn’t spend as much time with my family as I wanted to. My husband and I were on two different schedules and that was rough!

But the cool thing is that now my husband and I have a business we can do together, so that helps in spending time together . But that has a down side too, because now he thinks he is my boss, and sometimes I have to let him know that when I left my job, I left my boss and that I am NOT looking for another one.

Let me ask you a question. If you were able to go and leave your job today and work for yourself so that you could set your own schedule….What would YOU do with your new freedom?.

Post your “DREAM SCHEDULE below, I would love to hear from you.

Well, Mrs. Vicki, I would be able to sleep in “during the weekdays” which will be a plus for me becuase I’m always up late at night, doind my household chores. It is very hard to be a single mom of three, work a 9 to 5, be active in the church Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, cook, clean and you know the rest.

It is easier for me to clean when everyone in the house is asleep. I just put my i-pod on and get going. Next thing I know, it’s late and them BAM!6am again and I’m still sleepy!

I would be able to be more active in my childrens school and activities. Be a team mom for once in my life. With my newfound schedule, I would be able to have more freedom. Visit family and friends in other states that I haven’t seen in years due to my current schedule and finances.

I have thought about it and thought about it. I’ve alwasy wanted to invest. But my credit is bad and I have no money saved up. Until I saw your wesite and got your CD, I never knew that it was so easy. I haven’t been to your seminar yet but I plan to attend this month.

I would like to purchase some land and build modular homes for re-sale. I really need your boot camp badly!!! LOL I would also love to buy investment property and rehab for re-sale or rent it out.

But in all, my dream schedule would be to be able to do whatever it is that I want to do daily. Be there for my children & my mother who is on Hemo-Dialysis. Take my mom to her appointments, shopping and spending quality time with her. Not having to worry about how I will pay my bills every month and take care of my family if I take a day off.

No one to answer to but myself!
